Field incoming calls Create excellent patient experience/care Confirming appointment & communicating with clients Making sure all treatment records completed for the day Process financial transactions and applications Administrative support, filing, ordering, scanning, emails Assist with social media, local marketing, and events Perform open and closing duties Assist operations managers with leads, outgoing calls to clients for consults, follow up, promotions, etc Support team with sales to hit monthly goals Support medical staff with sales, treatments room upkeep and follow up calls Position hours are Tues - Friday 10 a.
m.
to 6 p.
m.
and on some Saturdays when appointments for Saturdays are made.
Typically 2 Saturdays a month.
