Cedar Recovery has recently expanded to offer mental health services to internal and external clients.
This position is a full-time administrative role working with our mental health program.
This individual will be responsible for facilitating new patient appointments for our mental health program.
This position is being offered as a hybrid role.
The expectation is that this role will be in office with some remote options available on a schedule determined by your supervisor.
This position reports to the Special Projects Manager.
This position will be expected to:
Answer phone calls for new mental health patient appointments.
Schedule appointments for patients according to the policies and processes of Cedar Recovery.
Consistently and clearly communicate with medical providers, admin staff, and insurance team to coordinate care for all patients.
Collect payments for services according to Cedar Recovery's policies and each patient's insurance requirements.
Act as support for our mental health front office staff.
Handle existing call volume for other clinics as needed.
When necessary, support the mental health team with collections, scheduling, and day - to-day processes.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum of one year of experience with medical intake Minimum of one year of experience with an EMR system Ability to easily navigate technology Cedar Recovery 5000 Crossing Circle Suite 103 Mount Juliet, TN 37122 Competencies Effective Knowledge o The ability to navigate and effectively use Microsoft Office and EMR system.
